He did a great job on our driveway... We had some old spray paint that we couldn't get off, he made it look like new. We will definitely use him again!

We asked Shawn about power washing our Austin stone and pressure washing our driveway and steps. He got back to me immediately and came out to the house for a free quote. He was very kind, thorough, knowledgeable, and fair. Our stone looks brand new! The transformation was amazing. Highly recommend!

3S Pressure Washing soft washed our home this week. Our home is white brick and had stains from the trees and mold growing on it from all the rain.Now it looks amazing! Absolutely no trace of the stains or mold. I really appreciated their attention to detail including making sure all my flowers were safe throughout the process.I highly recommend their services!

I was looking for someone to clean my solar panels, because they were covered in the brown film. I called 3S Pressure Washing, they were professional, responsive and very informative. I don’t think my panels had been cleaned since the original owners installed them. Let me just tell you that 3S Pressure Washing has them looking ocean blue! Great company, I definitely recommend!

Look no further. If you need anything pressure washed 3S is where it’s at. Not only was the service good it was reasonable. Shawn has all of the skills I look for when hiring someone to do a job. He’s honest, has great communication skills, hard working and takes great pride in his work. Also, he is very knowledgeable in what he does. We are very pleased with the work he did on our pool deck and entire driveway. We will be using 3S from now on. 💯

Couldn’t ask for better service and knowledge!! Shawn took his time and went ver every detail to make sure I got what I wanted and explained his process and wouldn’t settle for anything but the best for me, I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again in the near future thanks for everything Shawn!
